An Informal Study to Investigate the Possible

Life Enhancing Effects of the ESF-100

Karl Mohr

50gm of sunflower seeds were placed in identical quart glass jars.  Seeds were soaked over night in approximately 20oz of water – experimental seeds (ES) in water that had rested in a glass jar on the foot plate of the ESF-100 during a 30 minute session (EFSW) immediately prior, and control seeds (CS) in regular tap water (RTW).

The following morning, seeds were rinsed three times – ES with EFSW, CS with RTW.

That evening ES were placed on foot plate during 30 minute session.  Both jars of seeds were then rinsed again as above - ES with EFSW, CS with RTW.

This procedure was repeated for the next two evenings (I believe this is correct, but it might have been three).

On the following morning seeds were weighed.  CS = 153.2gm,

ES = 163.9gm – an increase in weight (growth) of 10.7gm, ES over CS.  This translates to 306% increase for CS and 327% for ES – an increase of .93%, ES over CS.

The above was obviously a rather mild protocol.  One might expect a more intense protocol to produce more extreme results.
